Delete your data in Remindon
Remindon, by DocReminder · Last updated: September 22, 2026
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data — Remindon lets you delete individual items directly, at any time, from the mobile app. Each deletion below takes effect immediately; there's no separate confirmation step or waiting period for these (unlike full account deletion, which uses a 30-day grace period — see deleting your account).
A document
Open the document from Home or the Expiry list, then choose Delete. This permanently removes the document, every version and page image stored for it, its reminders, tags, renewal history, and any share links created for it.
A single page or version
From a document's detail screen, you can remove one uploaded page image, or delete an older version, without affecting the rest of the document.
A share link
Open a document's Share tab and revoke any link you created. This removes the link immediately — anyone who had it can no longer view the document.
A family member's profile
From the Family screen, remove a family member's profile. For a profile with its own login, this removes their access to the family's data; documents kept under that profile stay with the family unless you also delete them individually.
Scanned items awaiting review
In the Inbox, discard a scanned document you haven't finished adding yet — this deletes the scanned image before it ever becomes a saved document.
Smart folders, checklists & tasks
Custom smart folders, checklists, and reminders you've created can each be deleted from their own screen in the app.
Deleting everything at once
To remove all of your data in one step, request account deletion instead — from the app's Settings, or from the web without installing the app.
